Alastair Greene returns with “Last Train Around The Sun,” the second single from his upcoming remastered album release of Trouble At Your Door (Deluxe Edition), out November 13th via Ruf Records.
Driven by a gritty, infectious riff inspired by Muddy Waters’ “Hoochie Coochie Man” and infused with the unmistakable guitar attitude of ZZ Top, “Last Train Around The Sun” delivers a distinctive blend of traditional blues and hard-hitting blues-rock. Beneath its catchy groove, the song offers a sharp lyrical observation of people whose self-destructive choices may ultimately lead to serious consequences.
